Cellulose Evaporative Cooling Pad: -

The cellulose pad is cross corrugated coated with antirot, rigidifying and wetting resins. The impregnation of cellulose paper ensures a strong self-supporting product with high absorbance, which is protected against decomposition and rotting and therefore increasing longevity. These are available in 2 metre height with thickness of 300 mm and flute size of 5 & 7 mm.

Working: -

In these pads evaporating cooling is a 100% natural cooling process achieved by heat transfer between two mediums air and water i.e. evaporation of water into air. The air that leaves the pad is therefore cooled and humidified. The unique flute design of the pads allows a very high surface area of the water come into contact with equally high surface area of the air. The evaporation efficiency is as high as 98%.

PVC Evaporative Cooling Pad

This pad is made of rigid PVC (Polyvinylchloride and is of Honeycomb design with large contact surface area. The Pad is manufactured in different angles and Flutes. The fills are available with flute height of 6mm, 12mm and 19mm with sheet thickness of 1mm and 1-2 mm PVC, honeycombs – 25mm. Standard type of PVC fills – 600 x 300 x 50mm, 600 x 300 x 150mm
